Lab One Foundation of Haemophilia & Hospital has started its journey from 1st January in 2002 to establish a complete, comprehensive and one stop haematology hospital in Bangladesh. Since last 13 years, we are giving our best efforts in the field of health care services. From the very beginning we were committed with a view to providing haematology based general medical services at our premises.
To fulfill the demand of blood and blood products, we have own Blood Bank and Blood Donor Club. We ensure safe blood transfusion 24 hours by collecting safe blood after five important screening tests (HIV, HCV, HBs Ag, VDRL and MP). Plasma , Fresh Frozen Plasma & others required blood for haemophilia patients are available at LOFH.
We are giving caemo-therapy for all cancer patients specially blood cancer. Haemophilia & Thalassaemia patients are getting special services from this hospital. All kinds of treatment facilities are available for Haemophilia patients at Lab One Foundation of Haemophilia & Hospital.
Aims & Objectives
- To raise awareness regarding different types of blood disease among general people and to provide them minimum knowledge about the characteristics, nature, adverse effect of those disease. To arrange regular motivation campaign to prevent of those disease.
- To arrange regular training sessions about Haemophilia & other bleeding & coagulation disorders. To provide education regarding home treatment, immediate emergency management to stop bleeding & other training regarding bleeding disorders.
- To collaborate and liaise with similar foundation/ establishments both nationally and internationally.
- To establish a comprehensive haemophilia treatment center.
